Control Rising Prices

is facing the problem of rising prices and the sincere efforts should be made for controlling the prices in the interest of the nation. The skyrocketing prices of the goods and services has broken the back of the common man and there seems no way out from the burden of constant rising prices on its own .Thus unless and until the rising prices of the essentials goods and services are controlled it will continue to trouble us and rob us of the scarce resources. These days the prices of the food grains, pulses, flour, edible oils, detergents ,shampoos and all other essential goods and services are increasing and it is threatening the economic life of the average Indian and steps should be taken to arrest the trend of rising prices for the interest of the commoner. Rising prices is an economic phenomena and it is undesirable for the consumers and so the rising prices should be controlled for these burden the pockets of the people. The soaring prices is a big problem and it affects the purchasing power of the people and it becomes difficult to buy the goods and services for daily consumption. Not only are the prices of the daily use products rising but the steep and continuous rise in the prices of the fuels like petrol and diesel  and the domestic gas is very unfortunate. The continuous rise in the price of petroleum products is a cause of grave and great concern to the people who face the rising prices of all the essential goods. The prices of the petrol and diesel has got inflationary effect on all the goods and services and due to the rise in the prices of the fuels and domestic gas the prices of all most all the goods and services are continuously rising and this adversely affects the pockets of the people. The  government should  take necessary steps to control the rising prices of the essential goods and services for the interest of the consuming public as it is the bounden duty of the rulers to combat the rising prices so that the consumers are not robbed by the unscrupulous businessmen. The steep and continuous rise of the price level  is a very big problem for the average Indian and therefore the powers should use its good offices to control the rising prices to give some relief to the general public. But it seems unlikely that the powers will intervene and control the price level as it perhaps is not in the agenda of the rulers and so the rising prices of the daily use goods continue to sore very high and thus the rising prices affect the lives of the common man. In our democracy the electoral battle  is very necessary and democracy is the battle for votes. So when there are elections near the politicians and the rulers take steps to arrest the trend of rising prices otherwise not and this is the great irony. Thus the elections give some succour to the man in the street as the powers promise and in fact try to influence the prices of the daily use goods as it is closely related with the lives of the people. The continuous rise in the price levels affects badly the life of the common man as it influences the purchasing power of the people and they are unable to purchase the goods of the daily use as it burdens their pockets. The rising   prices is an undesirable  economic  phenomena  and it as such affects the lives of all the people if the prices are allowed to rise. In our welfare state it is the duty of the powers to see that the people are not adversely affected by the rising prices and so the rulers should curb the trend. of the rising prices for the interest of the consumers. But unfortunately our rulers seem to be insensitive to the rising prices and this is the problem and irony. The rising prices mainly affects the lives of the poor and the people of the middle income group and it is they who are badly affected by the rising of the price level .Without wasting the time the government should come to the rescue of the common man and try to curb the rising prices for the good of the consumers but our NDA rulers seen not to be interested in curbing the price levels as they do not intervene and interfere in the price mechanism and the results are before us  and affect all of us particularly the poor and the middle income group. The height is this that the rate of petrol has gone up and crossed rupees hundred mark and the rulers are not concerned by it. During the congress rule the powers were intervening in the rising prices and never in their rule the prices of the essential goods and services were rising so steeply as the powers were using their good offices to control and combat the rising prices but it seems no duty of the NDA government as they are not concerned with the rising prices . On the one hand the prices of the goods and services are rising continuously but on the other hand the government has declared moratorium on the dearness allowances from one and a half year. It is after this big gap that the centre cabinet has approved the DA for centre government employees but the states are still yet to sanction the DA of their employees and this affects the lives of all the state government employees. Anyway the NDA government should see the sanity and come to the rescue of the man in the street by arresting the trend of rising prices to give some relief to the people from the rising prices,  otherwise we are compelled to exclaim that “Hukumat Nam Hai  Sabse  Jyada Bahes Hona Ka.”!
