Jammu Tawi, Nov. 10: The J&K Public Service Commission today postponed the J&K Combined Competitive (Preliminary) Examination -2024 that was scheduled to be held on 17.11.2024 (Sunday) till further order.
In its notification PSC/Exam/CCE (Prelm)/2024/25 dated Nov. 10, 2024, the Commission said that the fresh date of the CC(P)E will be notified later.
In another major development, the Government of Jammu Kashmir today prescribed the upper age limit for the Combined Competitive Examination (CCE)-2024 for Open merit candidates 35 years and for Reserved Category and in-service candidates to 37 years. Government order S.O. 539 dated Nov. 09, 2024 also prescribed the upper age limit for Physically challenged candidates to 38 years.
