With Jio recently announcing a 25% tariff hike on its prepaid plans starting July 3rd, existing subscribers have a great opportunity to future proof their connectivity needs at lower prices. Jio allows users to stack up to 50 prepaid plans at once, ensuring continuous services as per the benefits of current plans.
This lets users repeatedly recharge select affordable plans offering unlimited 5G data access, like the Rs. 155, Rs. 299, Rs. 533, Rs. 749 and Rs. 2999 plans. The Rs. 155 plan provides 2GB data for 28 days, ideal for limited usage. Offering better value is the Rs. 299 plan with 2GB daily data and 28 day validity.
The Rs. 533 and Rs. 749 plans increase the validity to 56 and 90 days respectively, while maintaining 2GB daily data. Finally, the Rs. 2999 annual plan is the most budget-friendly long term option, giving 2.5GB daily data and 365 day validity. All these plans will see a price rise of 15-25% from July 3rd.
By stacking multiple units of the above plans before the hike, users can secure continued unlimited 5G access on their existing rates. This allows maximizing the benefits of affordable unlimited high-speed connectivity in the short term, while saving costs long term. With mobile bills set to rise, leveraging Jio's unique plan stacking facility is a smart way for users to spend wisely.
