Rajouri, Sep 2: At least five army personnel, including a Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO), were injured in a road accident near Dehri Ralyote in Rajouri district on Tuesday morning.
According to officials, the mishap occurred around 7:10 am when a Light Vehicle Patrol (LVP) skidded while returning to headquarters at Galuthi.
The injured soldiers were immediately shifted to Army Hospital, Rajouri, in an ambulance, where they are undergoing medical treatment.
Army authorities said medical review and necessary care are being provided, while the cause of the vehicle skid is under examination. (Agencies)
