Jammu Tawi, Feb 16: The Ladakh Administration has introduced new rules for handling property during investigations, inquiries, or trials.
As per the rules, courts or magistrates must create a statement describing the property within 14 days of it being presented.
The rules, which are effective immediately, replace earlier guidelines and apply to all actions taken under the previous order.
