    NIA allows Jailed MP Engineer Rashid to take oath on July 5 in Parliament

    New Delhi, Jul 1: The Investigation Agency has allowed independent MP Engineer Rashid to attend upcoming parliamentary sessions and take oath on July 5.

    NIA granted permission with certain caveats, such as prohibiting any interactions with the press regarding his legal matters.
    Tomorrow, the Patiala House Court will rule on the MP's plea for interim bail or custody parole.
