Jammu Kashmir Police Doda stated to have worked out the snatching cases of Mobile Phone and cash and arrested the snatchers, recovered Mobile phone and cash from them.
Giving details Police said that on 16-01-2024, a complaint was lodged by one Ibrahim son of Noor Din Gujjar R/O Chatroo in Police Station Doda that some unknown boys sitting beside him in a vehicle snatched Cash Rs. 10,000/- from him near Dessa Chowk Doda and fled away. After an investigation, one Yasir @ Thopa and Rafiq Ahmed @ Kachra both resident of Doda were arrested and the cash Rs. 10,000/- was recovered from them.
In another case FIR No. 11/2024 police arrested a youth Wasim Ahmad and recovered the Mobile phone of complainant Tariq Hussain.
