With great administration and brief in the columns of your esteemed daily newspaper, I seek to bring to your kind notice that the fast growing menace of tech-addiction and resultant health scares among out youth have dangerous consequences.
Today we are able to enjoy some of the most convenient gadgets to have ever existed which offer far more information and source of entertainment than in the past. As a result, the present and the upcoming generations have been becoming increasingly information savvy. The number of hours an average person spends over his personal gadget is increasing fast. Information whether wanted or unwanted is fast intruding with a screen in front of our eyes showing us new vistas every minute.
And on the top of that the wonderful visuals and information are as per choice and preferences. All this temptation often leads young children to spend more and unregulated time on these gadgets.
And even though, many of us may not realise instantly, it levies a huge load of tiredness on our brains and eyes often leading to inexplicable stress and irritability. I would like to appeal to the youth of our country to maintain a balance of all sphere of life to fully enjoy it.
