Newly appointed recruits felicitated

Srinagar, Nov 22: District Administration Srinagar Monday organized a felicitation programme under ‘Yogyata se Rozgar Mahotsav' to felicitate newly appointed meritorious Class 4th employees of the district at Block Development Office, here.

The felicitation programme was organised on the directions of Deputy Commissioner, Srinagar, Mohammad Aijaz Asad to felicitate newly appointed Class 4th employees to honour merit in the district.

Speaking regarding the felicitation programme under “Yogyata se Rozgar Mahotsav”, the Deputy Commissioner Srinagar said the aim of such programmes is to inspire and encourage the selected candidates, besides propagate the message that every effort is being made to ensure transparent and accountable merit based recruitment in the district.

On the occasion, the participants expressed gratitude towards the District Administration for recognizing their merit.

The function was attended by members of Panchayat Raj institutions, besides Deputy Director Employment, Assistant Commissioner Development, Assistant Commissioner Panchayats, District Panchayat Officer, Block Development Officer and other concerned.
