Jammu Tawi, Feb 27: Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday reported 97 fresh cases of Covid-19 taking tally of cases in J&K to 126,383 while no death related to covid-19 was reported in the last 24 hours in the UT.
Of the exact number of 126,383 cases, 74,401 are from Kashmir and 51,982 from Jammu division. Officials told that among 97 new cases, 73 belong to Kashmir division while as 24 are from Jammu division, adding that the total number of positive cases in Kashmir division have reached to 74,401 including 72,547 recoveries and 1,231 deaths while as total number of positive cases in Jammu division have reached to 51,982 including 51,052 recoveries and 725 deaths.
The officials said that the total number of active cases in Jammu and Kashmir are 828 including 623 from Kashmir division and 205 from Jammu division.
