New Delhi, Dec 13:  Six schools across Delhi received bomb threats via email on Friday morning, prompting immediate evacuation of students.

Authorities acted swiftly after being alerted, sending students home as a precaution. “The bomb detection team and fire officials rushed to the spot immediately,” said Atul Garg, Director of the Delhi Fire Service.

The affected schools included Bhatnagar International School in Paschim Vihar, Cambridge School in Sriniwaspuri, DPS Amar Colony, South Delhi Public School in Defence Colony, Delhi Public School in SJ Enclave, and Venkateshawar Global School in Rohini. The threats were received between 4:30 AM and 8:30 AM, authorities confirmed.

This marks the second such incident within a week, following similar bomb threats that targeted schools in the National Capital earlier this week. Authorities are continuing their investigation into the source of these threats.
