300 movies shot so far in J&K: LG Sinha

The film era of the '80s seems to return to J&K as over 300 movies and serials have been shot after the launch of the new film policy two years ago, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha said while inaugurating the first-day shoot of TV Serial Pashmina in Srinagar.

He said that the revival of film will help J&K's grow and provide youth livelihood opportunities.
