Jammu Tawi, Dec 17: The Youth Peace Foundation (YPF) organized a video event at Government ITI Shakti Nagar, Jammu, on Tuesday, focusing on raising awareness about the critical link between mental health and peace. The event aimed to educate students and faculty members about the importance of mental well-being in fostering a harmonious and peaceful society.
The video presentation provided valuable insights into coping strategies for mental health challenges and emphasized the role of mental well-being in building a peaceful mindset amid modern-day stressors. Following the presentation, discussions were held on practical steps individuals can take to improve their mental health while contributing to a peaceful community.
The event saw a large turnout, with numerous students, faculty members, and staff attending. They expressed appreciation for the initiative and acknowledged the need for increased awareness and proactive measures in addressing mental health issues.
