Will Kashmir Valley witness peace if the All Party Delegation pays a visit?

,August 11 (KIP):- Will the situation in the Kahsmir valley, which
is hit by a severe turmoil and violence since July 8,witness any
improvement if a delegation of All Parties is sent to the valley for
making on the spot assessment and  for holding talks with a cross
section of  politicians ?

Possibilities for buying peace in seem too remote because
the handlers of turmoil and clashes between people and security
forces  guide them from across the LOC. Whatever deficiency remains in
organizing incidents of violence is filled by separatists who despite
being under house arrest issue calls for hartals which people follow
in and spirit.

Islamabad has denied 's charge of abetting cross border
ingress and the recent  exchanges between infiltrators and the
security forces in which three BSF soldiers were killed In Kupwara
sector has established Pakistan's hand in pushing groups of militants
into Kashmir for escalating the level of violence.

On Friday the BJP leadership will discuss with members of the
All Parties in New Delhi the Kashmir situation and the ways that could

hold discussion with moderate elements among the separatists which
would make the moderate elements realize that they too were being
Instead of holding talks and talks among various stakeholders
it would be better to announce a fresh financial package for tackling
energy crisis and for resolving problem of unemployment. Let more able
bodied boys be given gainful employment and that would lead to
resolution of the internal conflict and  ongoing violence.(KIP)
