Veteran actor draws parallels between father-son duo's work ethic
Manoj Pahwa, known for his acclaimed roles in films like Mulk and Article 15, has been part of Aryan Khan's highly anticipated web series. In a recent interview, Pahwa opened up about working with Aryan and drew some interesting comparisons with his superstar father Shah Rukh Khan's professional commitment.
Pahwa, who shared screen space with SRK in Josh years back, said Aryan was a dedicated young talent who was solely focused on completing the project. Shooting for the series went on for several months but the environment on set was friendly. However, Pahwa refrained from revealing any other details about the plot or characters.
When prodded to highlight some similarities between Aryan and Shah Rukh, Pahwa noted they both possessed immense dedication towards their work. Just like SRK spared no effort and often worked 18-20 hour shifts, Aryan also showed similar diligence.
Pahwa also spoke highly of Shah Rukh Khan's gracious and caring nature. He considers the superstar's humility and affection for everyone around him as one of the key reasons for his unparalleled success. Pahwa further stated that Aryan seems to share this quality of giving importance to all.
The seasoned actor further reminisced how during filming, Aryan made sure the crew was looked after well. Pahwa also fondly remembers enjoying special homemade meals from Mannat, Shah Rukh's residence, sometimes arranged by Aryan himself.
