Sub Courts to observe 15-day vacations from June 13

, JUNE 03: The Subordinate Courts of Jammu province excluding the courts of Bhaderwah, Kishtwar, Batote, Doda, Gool, Banihal and Bani are observing 15 days summer vacations from June 13.

As per a Notification issued by Registrar General Jammu and High Court, the Subordinate Courts of Jammu will observe 15 days summer vacations with effect from June 13 to June 27, 2016(both days inclusive).

“Principal District and Sessions Judges and Chief Judicial Magistrates of all the districts will make suitable arrangements for disposal of urgent criminal arising during the period of such vacations in the areas within their respective jurisdiction” the notification stated.
