SpaceX makes history with successful first human space launch

Dragon capsule achieves orbit, heads towards … NASA astronauts Bob Behnken and Doug Hurley took an elevator up to the top of the tower at launchpad 39A at Kennedy Space Center. The astronauts walked out to the end of the crew access arm, 255 feet above the ground, and then got into the Crew Dragon spacecraft, where they got strapped in to their seats.
