Separatists drop hints about second phase of volatile situation in Kashmir

Tawi, December 5 :  Senior separatists have indicated that the
send phase of the agitation in would be more volatile than
what was experienced during the last four months.

These separatists have stated that if the Kashmir issue was
not resolves between and Pakistan through dialogue the situation
in Kashmir could assume serious dimensions.

Reports from the camp of separatists indicate that they were
preparing for a big turmoil in he valley if India and Pakistan failed
to resume talks for the settlement of the Kashmir issue.

It is in this context some of the separatists have referred to

2010 and 2016 turmoil and said that these two agitations were meant
for change, change in the overall situation with reference to the
settlement of the Kashmir issue.

With these reports available with security forces senior
functionaries of the Army and paramilitary forces have under
instructions to deal firmly with those trying to derail peace. The
security forces have been told to be proactive within the valley while
the troops have been told to plug all the porous routes on the border
so that the level of ingress of militants was quite low.

Political observers say that India has laid down some
conditions to Pakistan for the resumption of dialogue and it was for
Pakistan to motivate Delhi to invite Islamabad for meaningful talks.
And such an old issue needs time and cannot be settled with a day or
