JammuReservation should be caste based: AIBCU

Reservation should be caste based: AIBCU

Date:

Tawi, July 5: Author has mentioned the Apex Court's Judgment in “Indira Sawhney V/s Union of ” of 1992 which only pertains to the “Backward Classes of the Country” which has been implemented throughout the country and in all the states except J&K.

Mr. author knows very well that there is no implementation of Mandal Report in the State but he has raised the reservation tally upto 50%; a treacherous trend. It only means that the author deliberately talks about the reservations which remained in the country since centuries together in the past in which 100% reservation in for thousands of years was with the first Varna called Brahmins and Mr. Kher is supposed also to be belonging to the same Varna.

The reservation in promotion does not pertains to Indra / Sawhney v/s union of Indian but is linked with the Poona Pact to which most of the upper caste people do not want to talk about. Reservation is a caste based and should be caste based till the caste system prevails in India. Political Reservation is producing dead woods both in the parliament and in the Assemblies. This reservation is not now wanted it must be finished forth with as the elected persons on the base of Pol. Reservation have not served their people to which they belong or one can say such people had been / have been the puppets of their respective Pol. Parties and have there by thrown the dreams of Dr. Ambedkar in the disturbed walkers.
