New Delhi says no talks till Pakistan stops exporting terror
Tawi, December 29 (KIP): The Government of has conveyed to
opposition leader, Dr Farooq Abdullah, President Conference
that it is not opposed to holding talks with either Pakistan or with
the separatists provided Pakistan stopped using its soil for exporting terror to India.

Reports  said that the BJP led NDA Government is not oppose to
resuming talks with the separatists provided they stop receiving
moral, material and diplomatic support from Pakistan and help the
Government in restoring peace in . Both Farooq Abdullah and
Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti, who  support the resumption of the
process of dialogue that during the last five months the turmoil in
Kashmir followed by violence were incited by the separatists and these
separatists make it difficult for New Delhi to reopen the channels of
    dialogue.

First of all the Centre would like to watch the situation during
the next three months and if the security scenario favoured resumption
of talks, India will have no objection.
Opposition National Conference President and former Chief Minister
Farooq Abdullah Thursday sought meaningful dialogue for ending
political uncertainty in Jammu and Kashmir.

“Alongside opening the channels of dialogue with Pakistan, the
Government of India (GoI) must talk to all the stake-holders including
Hurriyat Conference,” Farooq said while addressing a public rally at
    Ragooda in Nagrota Assembly Constituency.

Farooq and Omar Abdullah have been supporting resumption of
talks with separatists and Pakistan to ensure that their vote bank
remained intact and was not eroded as was seen in 2014 Assembly
    election.
