Jammu Tawi: A heartfelt program was organized at Amphalla Chowk by Movement Kalki and the Freedom Fighter Memorial Organization (FFMO) to honor the martyrs of Parliament who sacrificed their lives to protect the nation. The ceremony saw participation from members of both organizations, who paid their respects to the brave souls.
Professor S. Balwal Ji, representing the Freedom Fighter Memorial Organization, led the tribute and remarked, “These sons of Bharat Mata are an eternal source of inspiration for generations. Their ultimate sacrifice reminds us of our duty to remember and honor their valor.”
Vikram Mahajan, a board member of Movement Kalki, encouraged attendees to support the martyrs’ families, saying, “We owe our safety to these brave soldiers. I urge everyone to visit their families, offer support, and uplift their morale.”
Thakur Karnail Chand, working president of the Freedom Fighter Memorial Organization, underscored the significance of remembering these martyrs. “Their sacrifices crushed the malicious plans of terrorists, saving countless lives and preserving the dignity of Parliament. We are safe today because of their courage and determination.”
Notable attendees included Thakur Karnail Chand, R.C. Puri (Retired KAS Officer), Prabhat Kapi, General Shakti, and members of Movement Kalki such as Sanjeev Dubey, Sapna Kohli, Neha Malhotra, and others.
Both organizations emphasized that the sacrifices of these national heroes would never be forgotten and called on citizens to strengthen national unity and uphold the spirit of patriotism. The event served as a powerful reminder of the martyrs’ legacy and inspired all attendees to carry forward their commitment to the nation.
