Ladakh receives Outstanding UT Award during Outlook Agritech Summit

New Delhi, Sept 14: The Secretary Agriculture/Horticulture Department Union Territory of Ladakh Ravinder Kumar, has received award in the category of outstanding Union Territory during the Outlook Agritech Summit and Awards 2022.
The award is for the innovation and technological integration in the agriculture sector organized by Outlook and Swaraj Gp. The award was presented by Narendra Singh Tomar, Union Minister of Agriculture and Farmer Welfare.
Outlook AgriTech Summit & Awards 2022 is a platform for bringing together the top most political leadership, policymakers, thought leaders and Agricultural Technology companies from India and abroad for sharing the latest knowledge and recognizing the best performers in the country who have made a difference by pushing envelope using the smart technology.
This award was presented to Ladakh for innovation in Agriculture sector such as Ladakh Green House, organic farming and other new sustainable Agriculture steps.
