    J&K seeks early completion of gas pipe line to Kashmir

    Srinagar, Sep 1 :   and government has sought early completion of Bathinda-Jammu-Srinagar gas pipeline for providing round the clock gas to consumers and CNG refilling stations to check air pollution in the state.

    Meanwhile, Union Petroleum and Natural Gas Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has assured the Government that work on Bathinda-Jammu-Srinagar Gas Pipeline will be expedited, an official spokesman said here this evening.

    Minister said this assurance was given by Mr Pradhan to Minister for Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Chowdhary, Zulfkar Ali who called on him at New Delhi today.
