JAMMU, Jun 4: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has initiated departmental proceedings against V.K. Dhar and Satish Vaid, both former Junior Engineers posted in the Irrigation Division No. II, Jammu, in connection with the case titled Deep Raj vs M. Raju (Contempt No. 180/2018).
