JAMMU, Mar 9: The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the empanelment of 24 IAS officers, including Hirdesh Kumar of the AGMUT cadre (J&K segment), for holding posts at the Centre at the Additional Secretary (AS)/AS Equivalent level.
