    SRINAGAR, SEPTEMBER 20- According to a spokesman of Zonal Police Headquarters, a large number of reports have been received wherein the miscreants have been resorting to hooliganism, stopping/disrupting the traffic besides damaging the vehicles including those carrying fruits and essential commodities, damaging the public property and creating disruption in opening of shops etc. The police department has established help lines for the people seeking assistance of any manner the spokesman added.

    These help lines have been established in the police control rooms across Kashmir. People who wish to inform about any issue, problem being faced by them at the hands of miscreants may call during any time they wish, on the following district wise contacts.
