    Foundation stone removed after CM's departure

    Srinagar, Jan 4 : Much surprise to the people present, officials from Srinagar Development Authority removed the foundation stone of Multi-parking at old State Motor Garages here laid by Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti on Wednesday.

    The CM promised to SDA officials of reward if they complete the project in two years. However, shortly after the departure of the Chief Minister, the SDA officials removed the foundation stone and took it along with them.

    Vice Chairman, SDA, Tehseen Mustafa confirmed that foundation stone was removed but added that it will be erected again once the first block of the multiplex parking will be completed. (CNS)
