DYSS Zone Dansal conducts Inter-school Zonal Level Competitions, selection trials for U-19 yrs

, Sept 03: The Department of Youth Services & , Zone Dansal, conducted Inter-school Zonal Level Competitions/Selection Trials for U/19 years featuring a diverse range of sporting disciplines, including Chess, Carrom, Kho-Kho, Kabaddi, Volleyball, Tug of War, Wrestling, , Football, Handball, Badminton, and Basketball for U/19 years Boys.

Under the able leadership of District Youth Services & Sports Officer Jammu, Sukhdev Raj Sharma, and with overall supervision by Zonal Physical Officer Dansal, Sudesh Jamwal, the event was a resounding success. Sukhdev Raj Sharma graced the occasion as the Chief Guest, imparting his wisdom and encouragement to the young participants.

The Inter School Zonal level Competitions/Selection Trials attracted approximately 200 boys from various schools, all of whom displayed exceptional skills, determination, and sportsmanship throughout the day.

In his closing remarks, ZPEO Dansal, Sudesh Jamwal, extended heartfelt appreciation and gratitude to the Chief Guest, Sukhdev Raj Sharma, for his unwavering support. She also expressed gratitude to the dedicated staff who worked tirelessly to ensure the event's success. She encouraged all participants to continue pursuing their passion for sports and emphasized the importance of maintaining their fitness levels.
