Jammu Tawi: The Crime Branch (CB) of Jammu has registered a case against the proprietor of a private security agency, Unique Sanitation and Outsourcing Services, for illegally entering government tenders by using a forged Private Security Agencies Regulation Act (PSARA) certificate.
The accused, Ram Sharma, the owner of Unique Sanitation and Outsourcing Services, hailing from Jeevan Nagar, Gadi Garh, Jammu, allegedly forged and modified a PSARA certificate issued to another agency. Sharma is said to have used the altered certificate to gain illegal access to government tenders held at Government College of Engineering and Technology (GCET) Jammu, Government Medical College (GMC) Rajouri, and several other government departments.
