Jammu Tawi, September 8: Though the central Government and leaders of
opposition parties plan to hold talks with all stakeholders, it has
simply ignored Hurriyat Conference for the treatment they has given
to the opposition leaders when they were in Srinagar.
Though the Government of India was keen to deal firmly with the
separatists and with the protesters but on the suggestion of
opposition leaders the centre has decided to ignore Hurriyat and talk
to other stakeholders All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen leader
and MP Asaduddin Owaisi has suggested 12 points roadmap in meeting of
All Party delegation in New Delhi on Wednesday to resolve the ongoing
crisis in Kashmir.
“In All Party meeting, I suggested 12 points political outreach from 2
tracks back channel strictly off media & track visibility,” Owaisi
tweeted.
“The fact finding mission of non Congress and BJP members visit J&K
and meeting people and stakeholders from Jammu, Ladakh and Kashmir,”
he said.
Owaisi also suggested setting up of time bound Inquiry Commission on
line of Pandian Commission, which should be headed by former Chief
Justice of India.
“The government should transfer erring police officials and ensure
lifelong compensation to those who have lost their vision partially or
completely during ongoing unrest in the Valley,” he said.
He further said government should provide relief in curfew to people
and give incentive to areas, which are peaceful. “Egos should not come
in the way to allow shops to open even at 6 pm”.
The separatist leaders are giving relaxation in shutdown after 6 pm.
However, the central Government is not prepared to accept all the
suggestions of Owaisi because neither the centre nor the state
Government were willing to take action against erring police
officials. Yes the Government of India would give more time to people
to realize their futility of their agitation because the Union Home
Minister, Rajnath Singh too has voiced on the soil of the valley that
Kahsmir was an integral part of India.(KIP)
