Srinagar, Sept 11: District Budgam Carrom Championship concluded at Indoor Hall of district Bugam in Kashmir
Division of J&K today. Deputy Commissioner of district Budgam, Fakhruddin Hamid was chief guest, hwo distributed
prizes among the winners.
The two-day event was organised by District Budgam Carrom Association under the auspices of J&K Carrom
Association in Cadet, Sub-Junior, Junior and Senior age groups of boys and girls involving around 220 participants.
Earlier, Adil Rashid Shah, general secretary of the Association welcomed the chief guest as also other special guests,
Mudasir Khan (president J&K Carrom Association), Arif Sultan (secretary), Dawar Rashid (treasurer), Gulzar Khan
(president Budgam Association) and Nissar Ahmad Paul (secretary Srinagar).
Later, in his concluding remarks, Mohammad Umer Teli thanked the chief guest, members of distinguished gathering and
J&K Sports Council for the support.
