Addl Com Jammu conferred Div Com powers to hear Revenue Cases

Jammu Tawi, Dec 12: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has empowered Dr. Mushtaq Ahmad, JKAS, Additional Commissioner, Jammu, with the authority of Divisional Commissioner, Jammu, under Section 6 of the Jammu and Kashmir Land Revenue Act, 1996. This move, superseding previous notifications, enables him to hear and dispose of specific cases referred by the Divisional Commissioner within Jammu Division’s jurisdiction.
