JAMMU Tawi, Jun 03: On the directions of the party high command, the BJP unit of the Union Territory (UT) of Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) has decided to celebrate twelve years of Modi Government as ‘Sushan, Vikas and Jan Kalyan Diwas’ this month all across the twenty (20) districts of this UT in a big way to highlight achievements of BJP government in the last 12 years.
The Prime Minister, Narendra Modi led BJP government came into power in 2014 and now 12 years of Modi government have been completed. The BJP high command has directed the J&K BJP unit to celebrate 12 years of Modi Government as ‘Sushan, Vikas and Jan Kalyan Diwas’ all across J&K in a big way, sources said.
The seventeen day (17) ‘Sushan, Vikas and Jan Kalyan Diwas’ will be celebrated by the J&K BJP all across J&K in all the 20 districts and at each mandal level starting from 5th of this month till 21st of June, reliable sources within the J&K BJP informed the Northlines.
June 21st is being observed as International Yoga Day all across the world. The BJP, as a tactical move, has selected June 21st for culmination of ‘Sushan, Vikas and Jan Kalyan Diwas’ to send a message that good governance, people’s welfare and development is on top of its agenda.
Sources informed that many of the union ministers of the Modi Government, top BJP leaders and many RSS leaders will participate in the ‘Sushan, Vikas and Jan Kalyan Diwas’ to be celebrated from 5th of this month till 21st of June.
The sources said that the J&K BJP has activated its cadre right from booth and mandal level to the district level for making the ‘Sushan, Vikas and Jan Kalyan Diwas’ successful in J&K.
The BJP cadre/workers have also been directed by the party high command to reach out to every household making them aware about the achievements of Modi Government.
All the district presidents, mandal pradhans, incharges of different cells of the J&K BJP and senior leaders have been assigned duties to make the ‘Sushan, Vikas and Jan Kalyan Diwas’ a grand success.
