Jammu, Sept 12: Mubashir Amin, a 2013-batch Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service (JKAS) officer, has been awarded the prestigious Chevening Scholarship 2025-26 to pursue a Master’s degree in Public Policy at SOAS University of London from September 2025.
An engineering graduate, Amin has over 12 years of experience in state civil services, serving extensively at the grassroots level of governance.
