Fog disrupts Flight Ops at Srinagar Airport

Srinagar, Jan 5: Flight operations at Srinagar International Airport were disrupted on Sunday due to poor visibility caused by dense fog, officials confirmed.

Early morning visibility was recorded at just 50 meters, significantly affecting air traffic. As a result, all airlines were forced to delay their flights, with departures rescheduled for after 10 am, according to an Airports Authority of India official.

The dense fog also impacted airport operations on Saturday, leading to further flight delays and diversions.
