The controversial article 370 of the constitution is again in the news these days due to the futile and redundant demand of the regional political parties for the revival of the scrapped article .The regional political parties of national conference ,peoples democratic party and the peoples conference and some other parties are raising the demand for the revival of the abrogated article 370 as if it was the matter of life and death for the Kashmiries while the fact is that the article was the temporary and transitory provision of the constitution and was not a permanent a provision and it has to be done away with and thus when the NDA government headed by the BJP under its prime minister Narindra Modi has abrogated the controversial article 370 of the Indian constitution a great hue and cry has been created by the regional political satraps ostensibly for the vote bank politics and misleading and exploitation of the common kashmiris .The head of the Gupkar alliance Farooq Abdullah is now threatening the central government and is asking the gullible Kashmiris to be ready for the sacrifice for the revival of the abrogated article 370.On 116th birth anniversary of the his late father and the tallest leader of Jammu and Kashmirs national conference Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah, Farooq Abdullah at his mausoleum at Naseembagh in Srinagar has asked the gathering present on the occasion that we will have to fight for the revival of the scrapped article 370 of the constitution and for this we will give the sacrifice if needed to restore the special status of the erstwhile state of Jammu and Kashmir .Through his utterances Farooq is trying to brow beat the central government and is black mailing it .But he should know that it is the government of Narendra Modi and he and his government cannot be intimidated any longer and therefore his cunning tricks will not succeed .Farooq Abdullah has exhorted the kashmiris to give sacrifices just like the farmers had given during eleven months for the repeal of the three farm laws and the government has ultimately repealed the controversial farm laws .Similarly the people of Kashmir have to fight jointly and work towards the revival of the abrogated article 370 of the constitution .For this the people of Kashmir should ready themselves for the cause of restoration of the scrapped article and this is the contention of the regional political Satraps .People should show unity and be ready for the sacrifices for the revival of the scrapped article 370 of the constitution .The demand for the revival of the abrogated article 370 is unrealistic and utopian and it will not be revived as the central government has abrogated it as it was in the agenda and manifesto of the BJP from its very inception. .The decision to abrogate the article had been taken by passing the resolution in this regard in the countrys parliament with a majority vote and thus it cannot be revived as it lead to the fuller integration of Jammu and Kashmir with Indian union and no power on earth can bring it back and the regional satraps are living in the fools paradise and are day dreaming when they make irrelevant and unrealistic demand for the revival of the controversial article 370 of the constitution of India .Farooq Abdullah and Mehbooba Mufti the presidents of the NC and respectively are asking for the moon when they demand the restoration of article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir .The scrapped article 370 always nourished the feelings of separatism and alienation among the Kashmiris and the separatism flourished due to the article 370.The fact is when all the states of Indian Union were equal then why special treatment and special status to sensitive former state of Jammu and Kashmir.It is very unfortunate that the Kashmiris had always been given to understand that they are the special ones in the whole of India and this feeling has given birth to militancy and separatism .It is the article 370 which has given a handle to the Pakistan to incite the trouble in Jammu and Kashmir under the so called special status and she has been successful in creating the artificial wall of separatism in Jammu and Kashmir .The article 370 of the constitution of India has always given oxygen to the separatism and militancy and therefore the decision to abrogate is in the interest of the country and thus has the NDA government headed by the BJP given a good bye to the controversial article .One fails to understand why the regional political parties are befooling the kashmiris on the subject of article 370.It is alleged that president of NC Farooq Abdullah has said that the Kashmiris can take the help of China for the restoration of the abrogated 370 and therefore he is threatening the central government .In fact Farooq is black mailing the central government so that it can be forced to revive the abrogated article 370 just as it has repealed the farm laws .The decision to repeal the farm laws has emboldened the Kashmiri leaders and so they are demanding the revival of the scrapped article 370 on the analogy of the repeal of the farm laws .But the regional leaders of Jammu and Kashmir should know that the repeal of the farm laws and the so called revival of the abrogated article 370 are two separate things and subjects and the two cannot be clubbed together .The Kashmiri leaders should know that under no circumstances the scrapped article 370 can be revived as the abrogation of the article 370 has been done in the national interest and as such it cannot be revived .The congress leader and former chief minister G.N.Azad has said that the congress cannot achieve the required number of seats in 2024 general elections to repeal the resolutions of the parliament regarding abrogation of the article 370 and therefore it is futile to demand the revival of the scrapped article 370.The regional political leaders are inciting the innocent Kashmiris against India and they are spewing venom and hatred among the people and this should not be done for the interest of the nation The fact of the matter is that the Kashmiri dynastic rulers had always exploited the gullible masses of Kashmir for their vested and selfish interests and they have amassed enormous wealth under the shield of the special status of the former state and when they are asked for the accountability the unreasonable noise of the attack of the special status thus being created .Thus always the leaders of Kashmir have exploited the innocent masses of Kashmir under the guise of the attack of the special status of Jammu and Kashmir .One fails to understand as way the Kashmiri leaders have and are still inciting the people of Kashmir in the name of the special status and this is ironic and they should not do so. The regional political parties of Jammu and Kashmir read Kashmir and their leaders and to be specific the president of NC and the Chief of PDP are raising the issue of the revival of the abrogated article 370 of the constitution and are blowing hot and cold over this useless and futile issue for the purpose of the vote bank .People of the UT should not fall a prey to the cunningness and exploitations of the regional leaders .In brief the hue and cry over the abrogation of the article 370 and the utopian demand for its revival is untenable and unjust and the regional leaders should desist from raising such issues for the good of the UT and the nation.
