    The 350th Prakash Utsav of 10th Guru Gobind Singh Ji was organized and celebrated on Saturday at MBS Engineering College and , Babliana Jammu. The Gurmat Samagam was celebrated under the auspicious of Sheromani Dera Nangali Sahib Poonch. The 350th Prakash Utsav Kirtan Jatha started from Kathua and culminated at the venue at MBS College. The Shobha Yatra was welcomed at various halts on way to Jammu with Milk, Chai Snacks langars by the devotee residing in adjoining area.

    A very large number of devotees participated in the religious function organized with the active support of Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee and light and sound programme was also also held highlighting some prominent events from the life and history of 10th Guru Ji.

    Various Sikh organizations of J&K including Sikh United Front (J&K), Bhai Kanaya Nishkam Sewa Society (J&K), AISSF, Sikh Welfare Society, Sikh Naujawan Sabha, District Gurdwara Prabandhk Committee Jammu Province, Local Gurdwara Committees and Sikh Istri Sudaar Sabha also participated with zeal and enthusiasm. The Shabd Kirtan and religious discourse kept congregation spell-bound with spiritual aura despite cold weather in the evening.

    Ragi Parcharak Bhai Jatinder Singh Ragi of Gurdwara Sish Ganj Delhi, Bhai Baldev Singh Bulandpuri Punjabwale and many political leaders paid their obeisance before Guru Granth Sahib ji.

    S. Manjit Singh Ji GK, President Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee while addressing said the high religious traditions and spirit of Sikhism are well mainained in J&K under the religious leadership of Dera Nangali Sahib and appreciated the role of Mahant Manjit Singh Ji in the field of . He recalled the highest tradition of valor and sacrifices of Sikhs from the History with particular mentioning the great Battle of Saragarhi that is being saluted the -over even today.

    Speakers appreciated the contributions of S. Manjit Singh GK, President Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee for organizing many programmes at Lal Qila Delhi, Qutab Minar and on India Gate to educate the people about rich history of Sikhsim and battles against the Mugal regime. Mahant Manjjit Singh Ji of Dera Nangali Sahib also hail the role of Manjit Singh G.K. for his achievements towards the Sikh Community within and abroad the country.

Kapoor Singh S.Tejpal Singh, S.Kultar Singh, S.Surjeet Singh Kuku, S.Sandeep Singh, S.Charanveer Singh Laad.
