Subject: Complete mess at IG Dental College Jammu viz non-observance of official timings by the Staff and exploitation of the poor at the hands of faculty repeatedly reported at Public Civil Vigilance Cell J&K (CVC)

Our recently floated Cell comprising likeminded folk has been appraised of the aforesaid matter of huge public importance. As per authoritative inputs your College has not installed bio-metric attendance component for the staff there by encouraging absenteeism. The employees in the absence of the scientific attendance regulatory mechanism observe official timing as per their whim which is against the law of the land. Some employees are not seen on their respective tables and even those who leave the station are marked attendance by their proxies. Do you want us to name?
Without quoting any guy among the teaching fraternity it is impressed upon that proper treatment should be given to the patients at the hospital than compelling them in one way or the other to visit private clinics in the evening hours thereby charging exorbitant rates.
Recently Dr. Ashutosh has been in the news for all the wrong reasons the details of which you must have definitely read. We are planning to visit one such Clinic at Gandhi Nagar to see for ourselves the fees being charged from the patient as also to ensure whether the amount realized is entered somewhere. Why not send an independent complaint both to State Vigilance Organization and Income Tax Dept.?
