Sufficient incriminating inputs across the length and breadth of J&K have been communicated to the founding members of Civil Vigilance Cell (CVC) regarding the recent shuffling of the pack of cards viz transfer orders of College Principals issued of late. Without any application of mind the exercise has been undertaken generating a worst confusion of sorts. One Mr. Ajeet Angral has been transferred from Govt. GGM Sc. College Jammu to a far off location in Jammu district viz Govt. MAM College Jammu, another Ms. Kiran Bakshi has also been hit hard owing to her transfer from Govt. Women College Gandhi Nagar to Govt. College of Education, Canal Road Jammu. A lot of tension for all of us. In her place Ms. Kousal Samotra who could not handle a small and safe College of Education Jammu has been ordered to occupy the hot seat. Aur Iss Hot Seat Par Baithe Hain……..
The unfortunate brother Mr. Yudhveer Singh who was suspended by Dy. Commissioner, Ramban off late which was beyond DC's competence has been directed to cool his heels at GDC Thatri. One Ms. Geetanjali Rana has been honoured by shifting her to the post of I/c Principal at GDC Banihal. The order reads “She will look after post of I/c Principal GDC Banihal till post is filled up on permanent basis”. Ms. Rubeena Jabeen and Ms. Rana sail in the same boat.
One Y. P. Kundal has been instructed to report to Director RUSA for further duties. The fellow already suffered a lot previously on non-disbursement of his salary by the former Nodal Principal GGM Sc. College Jammu owing to a clash of egos.
One M. A. Lone hailing from Rajouri town posted at GDC Surankote has been further hit below the belt by shifting him to GDC Poonch. Thank GOD he has not been ordered to go beyond LOC. Hum Sab Bhai-Bhai Hain!
The tainted Nutan Resutra posted at GDC Jindrah has been given a comparatively comfortable posting by putting him at Women's College Kathua in the interest of administration. kya Mamla Hai!
Strange are the ways of Minister-in-Charge Hr. Edu. Dept. Syed Altaf Bukhari and his darling Commr./Secy. Hr. Edu. Dept. Mr. Asgar Hassan Samoon who has lost a modicum of good will they enjoyed a few months back. They say that the managers of transfer industry are having a heyday. We at CVC would like to be educated about the current rates applicable for getting a choice/plum posting. Plum means a College having more of local funds. This is not corruption on the part of parent department but operation service charges like GST. Service charges are approved by Govt. of India for various services. Only you must have an Aadhar Card or UID identification slip.
The story does not end here. Nearly 50 affected Teachers of Hr. Edu. Dept. has contacted us to register their protest which the concerned detest.
Fellows, complete mess prevails and shall continue to prevail as Hr. Edu. Dept. like other departments has lost its sheen. Within a fortnight the transfer orders of blue-eyed have been modified while many are born to rot. Kiski Jaan Ko Royen!
Bring more of such orders for us where discrimination is apparent so that those living in glass houses are exposed and got proceeded against at the appropriate legal forum.
